About me

Merryn Watts was born in Horsham, Australia and moved to Melbourne in 2000 to study makeup artistry.

Graduating from Napoleon Makeup Academy in 2002 her clientele include fashion designers, photographers and models, Melbourne Fashion Week and advertising campaigns for major brands. Merryn's work has been featured in The Age newspaper, Cosmopolitan, Men's Health, Melbourne Bride and Melbourne Magazines to name a few.

In 2006 Merryn's career took her to London where she worked on further television and print advertising campaigns including Dove, Phillips and Sony Playstation, along with makeup for brides, corporate events and fashion shows. A collaboration with Jack Isenberg, from Central Saint Martins', College of Art and Design BA graduates show, resulted in the afore mentioned designer winning the top prize, Young Designer of the Year, and pictures of Merryn's makeup creations were featured in the October 2007 issue of British Vogue and on www.vogue.co.uk.

Merryn's makeup combines creativity, elegance, intensity and simplicity. Her signature look is flawless skin, with an emphasis on enhancing the natural allure of the eyes.
